if it worked for u please feel free to put in Ur shake recipe and how many times a day u have to drink it and the amount plus how many minutes on the treadmill and how long it took u to lose the weight?

Usually i did a mile, whether it took me 8 minutes or 30 minutes, so it’s really how bad you want to get over the excersicing

With dinking my smoothie about 2 times a day (once in the morning for breakfast and in the evening, It took me a month in a half to lose 10 pounds!!!
